Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
The Customer may make an Order for Goods from the Supplier by electronic mail or by means of a postal or telephone order, or in person. The Supplier will issue a confirmation of order with an appropriate order number. From the time an order is accepted and an order number issued, the Customer is considered to have entered into a contract with the Supplier, which is binding upon both parties.
The Customer shall check the confirmation of order and notify the Supplier of any errors or discrepancies at the earliest available opportunity. The Supplier Will Not Be Liable where the Customer has not, within a reasonable time, notified the Supplier of errors or discrepancies in the confirmation.
The Customer shall supply to the Supplier all required Artwork in either physical or electronic form at or before the time of the Order.
Where Artwork is supplied by post or other courier either on floppy discs, Compact Discs or in physical form, items are submitted entirely at the Customer's own risk. No responsibility can be accepted by the Supplier for loss or damage to such items, howsoever caused. Additionally, The Supplier Shall Not Be Liable for damages arising from the loss or damage to any item supplied either by post or other courier or by electronic mail.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Order. All embroidery has to have a sample signed off before any work is commenced. Failure to do so puts the responsibility of accuracy entirely with the customer.
No warranty claims will be accepted more than 48hrs after the goods have been signed for at delivery. Within 48hrs Boats N Bits will attempt to rectify any reasonable request.

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally try yo send your order to you in 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
| Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
