Performance Mid Layers

Gill Base and Mid Layers are designed to provide performance with comfort and incorporate the latest fabric technology. Gill i2 Tec base layers take advantage of "Polartec Power Dry" fabric which is designed as a first or only layer. It uses a patented bi-component knitting process with special yarns to create two unique surface. The soft inner layer spreads sweat over a wide area for rapid evaporation.
The i2 lite is a ultra wicking base layer for superior moisture transfer - ideal for warmer cunditions and high aerobic conditions.

The i5 Windward garments are fully reversable with a breathable wind-resistant shell on one side and a warm comfortable fleece on the other. They are usually worn as a mid layer, but are also ideal worn on their own as they are windproof and showerproof. The windward range offers a distinct alternative to the crosswind and all 3 options combine versatility with with functionality, featuring pockets in the most convienient places, whilst offering a lighter option to wearing two separate technical layers in adverse conditions.
